Refund & Return Policy

At Shrisons Steam Tech, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
All refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5 - 10 business days

3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders and certain consumables are non-returnable.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
